These are the goals of my work as Cruise Director. Many years of experience on ships of different structure with different target groups and broadly diversified products guarantee also for your product a high-quality work and “new momentum”. Today, individuality also determines the travel experience on the package tour market. I take this into account by giving top priority to serving our guests and fulfilling their individual wishes.
As a cruise director, there are a variety of tasks to be performed. These can only be carried out to the guest’s satisfaction with the help of the tour guide/entertainment team and ultimately in cooperation with all departments on board. Team play is therefore not just a word for me, but everyday life on board.
With the abundance of tasks on board, each one must be reliably completed to generate a lasting travel experience for the guest. Efficiency is therefore particularly important and guarantees satisfied employees, colleagues and customers.
