Sometimes unforeseen events occur, which make it necessary for you as a tour operator to organize without further delay. Due to illness or other failures on board, at fairs, flight attendants or shore side programs before and after the cruise, it is good to know that you have a contact person on hand who can support you.
Due to my national and international experience in the cruise market, I am happy to assist you as host, organizer and manager. Aspects such as team-oriented, efficient and guest-oriented work are a matter of course for me. These are the goals of my work as Cruise Director. Many years of experience on ships of different structures with different target groups and a wide range of products guarantee high-quality work for your product as well.
Individuality determines the travel experience in the package tour market today as well. I take this into account by giving top priority to serving the guest and fulfilling even the most individual wishes. As Cruise Director, there are many different tasks to be fulfilled. These can only be carried out to the guest’s satisfaction with the help of the tour guide/entertainment team and finally in cooperation with all departments on board. Team play is therefore not just a word for me, but a daily routine on board.
Do you need support in the excursion office or do you have a need for tour guides? Here, too, I am happy to support you and am at your disposal. I have also been in charge of pre- and post-programs for cruise guests all over the world for several years and I am always in charge of charter flights and the journey to unusual destinations.
With the abundance of tasks on board, each and every one of them has to be done reliably so that a lasting travel experience is generated for the guest. Efficiency is therefore particularly important and guarantees satisfied employees, colleagues and customers.
